We’ll need to figure out the best way for our driver to deliver to your residence while you are not at home. In most cases, the best solution is to provide us with a building key. This will allow you to have your clothes picked up and delivered right to your apartment door.
No you do not. You just have to simply leave your garment bag out for pick ups and we’ll drop it off at an agreed upon location on your delivery day.
You can place your clothes in any disposable bag. If you have any special instructions, please leave a note in the bag. We will return your cleaned clothes to you with a brand new Magic Cleaners garment bag for you to use on future orders.
